    Good quality spring collars

    I purchased the York spring collars from workout for less so far they have been great I’ve only tried them with 20kg total 10 on each side and they hold the weight no problem and also I like that with spring collars you can fit more plates on the bar than with lockjaw type collars and if you are a bit uncertain you can purchase another pair and put them just behind the other pair if you are putting on 35 to 45 plus kg so you have added piece of mind that they won’t come loose or slide off.but I’ve had no problems i would definitely purchase them again.

    York collars

    Works as it should. Easy to pinch with finger and thumb of one hand. Avoid the steel ones that have 3 turns like the ones sold by Argos with the 6ft bar. Found it impossible to move these with both hands.
