Explained it was the wrong one and was told they will refund £5 and I can sell the battery to a friend. No, that's not acceptable, filed a return for the wrong item and they paid return shipping as they should have done. Chinese seller pretending to be in Britain. Far to many doing this and ebay hasn't stopped it. Neither has it banned this partial refund offers they keep insulting us with
