    This collectors item was only covered only in cardboard for postage and arrived badly dented. An accessory inside was badly chipped...this didn't happen in transit, yet the item was described as "mint". Initially I was offered a full refund but this was then reduced to a partial refund. I accepted as I should be able to re-sell it without loss. For this rubbish packaging I was charged £6.65 instead of the £3.39 the Post Office charge. Everytime I contacted the sell they took two days to reply
