    Easy fit and gives a powerful shower.

    This was a replacement for an earlier version I used for some sixteen years. It was primarily chosen as it appeared to still use the same fitting sizes and I didn't want to have to re-plumb the shower . Pipework was the same, although the back-plate fitting wasn't, but that was a simple matter. The shower itself appears very robust and as many of the reviews I read said, it does give a powerful shower, even on my gravity fed system, making my pump redundant. I can't comment as to whether it is better or not than any other as I am not a plumber or if it is better value. It works well for me and if it is like the last one hopefully it will last.

    Great quality and hard to beat.

    Had a Mira Excel shower previously it worked without problem for over 25 years. Bathroom has been upgraded and the Mira Excel was at the top of the list . We compared it with many of the new style showers but felt this is a no gimmicks , excellent quality and substantial unit which hopefully will give years of usage.

    Fantastic Shower .

    Excellent product , Replaced my 25 year old Mira 88 with this one , same 15mm pipe centers Its made of brass not cheap plastic , full installation instructions very good . I fitted this in my upstairs en-suite .and my water supply is in the loft tank so it is gravity fed , no mains water pressure or pump and the flow from the shower head is very good . Cant fault it at all , you get what you pay for . Great purchase ..

    I've only recently installed my shower so can't comment on reliability yet, but I found it easy to install, gives great performance and it feels good quality - like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

    Excellent upgrade

    Bought this to replace ageing Mira 88. It fitted the existing plumbing exactly, with just a minor adjustment for the mixer back plate. Far superior to the 88 in every respect, especially water flow. Highly recommended.
