    Mercedes Blue Tooth cradle failure

    After inserting an active SIM card, it still keeps asking to insert SIM card. Also, says no phone. What else does it need? If it needs a car phone handset where does it plug in? Cannot connect my Samsung A21S mobile via Blue tooth. Car sees phone and they pair but car says mobile unavailable. So nothing works.
