    Great little phone

    My other phone is a 6" android with a better battery, easy backup to Linux and Samsung updates that end two years after launch. Apple will support the SE for up to 5 years so it's a package that is very attractive to me. It's small enough to fit in my pocket even with a thin cover, while most androids are 6,5. Battery- staying at home, i can plug it in as I need. For times when I can travel once again I bought a battery case for iPhone 8 which charges it x2 and no vibration while charging so I can use it without that unpleasant experience. Backup to Linux is currently impossible, and Apple charges for iCloud storage space. I have created a Windows 10 boot just for iTunes so I can backup securely and in privacy. Privacy - I can prevent third party apps collecting data from other apps on the phone with one button. I can't prevent Apple collecting data, but they promise they won't monetise my personal data. Other aspects of the phone's everyday features are good screen with wide bezels. no face unlock fast response to touch unlock upgrade to same processor as iPhone 11 Smallest phone body (except for the 12 mini) Reliable integration of apps, multiple apps stay open, this makes the small size of the screen acceptable. Just to say ios14 keyboard is not as useful as gboard. Its missing the top numeric row.

    Great looking phone, great value iPhone...

    This is a great iPhone replacement for my older iPhone6...it's like an old friend on 'steroids' My i6 battery was getting 'worn-out'...needed to have a recharge almost every day. This iPhone SE gives me 2 to 3 days and charges noticeably more quickly from empty. Installed from my older phone via the Apple 'cloud' backup having had repeated issues trying to update phone to phone (i6 is at latest vers of iOS 12) Trust me, the only way to do this providing you have saved latest 'backup' from your old phone to the 'cloud'...very quick and easy to do! Chose the 'Product Red' colour and really glad I did...looks really good. Purchased a clear silicone protection cover (can still see the great look of the phone) and Gorilla glass screen protector. This iPhone is a great value replacement if you love your older iPhone. The addition of the A13 'Bionic' chip makes this phone 'fly' if you are used to an older model at half the cost of the iPhone11. Thanks elephant_resale!

    Good Apple,bad Apple

    A great value phone with all the modern features. I little too thin, too slippy, buttons awkward, after all this time you would think a company like Apple would be able to provide a near perfect product, but it seems they cannot, but still a nice phone from a company that has become a questionable presence on the planet. A company that is focused on money , a company that has left behind a vast amount of obsolete products. Apple are American and unfortunately in todays world that means trouble!

    Great upgrade option

    Upgraded from my 5C so I can now get the latest OS updates. Nice size and battery life is excellent compared to my previous phone. No negatives so far, though I had to buy a jack adapter to use my favourite Sony headphones. Great phone, great price, no need to spend a fortune if you don't need all the bells and whistles of the later models.

    A perfect smaller iphone

    This is my 1st iphone and I am extremely happy with it. It was easy to set up and the battery life is excellent. It is lightweight and easy to hadle even if it is on the small size.
