    Beautiful phone with S-pen delights

    I have the original Galaxy Note, the original Galaxy Note Edge (Note 4 era) and now this Note 9. Each has been brilliant and ground-breaking in its own way. The Note 9, while in some ways a bit of a 'bar' is definitely the most advanced of the 3. I chose the 9 over the 10 as half the price and almost the same performance and still has a 3.5mm earphone socket. This is an utterly brilliant phone. I bought the dual SIM version as one SIM for business. 128GB built in memory and 6GB RAM is plenty. The dual rear cameras can be used together for beautiful dual focus pics. I didn't want 5G and mostly use 2G (better coverage) with internet access via wi-fi or ethernet cable. Yes, another reason for buying this was so can use a £10 ethernet adapter and get solid, secure fibre broadband speeds. The S-pen has a whole host of new functions, including Bluetooth so it can act as a remote control for the phone, for example taking photos on a selfie stick. If you buy one of these I really recommend downloading the free PDF manual from Samsung - has so many features to offer. Battery life (actual 4000mAh) is excellent, as is the water resistance - no more fears of spilt tea. I have a glass screen protector (replacement screens are £250) and armour case on mine and, overall, can't recommend this phone enough. My kids have S9's, which are also great, but for me it has always been the S-pen that makes the Note so unique and here it has been taken to the next level.

    It's a Computer with a phone attached

    Outside of a larger screen, there is nothing more that I could ask for in a phone. It takes amazing photos and is lightening fast. I was tired of running out of memory but that wont be the case here, with 512gb it's got as much as my laptop. Sound is good too with no detectable distortion. I expect this to last me 2 to 4 years.

    Samsung Galaxy Note 9

    Galaxy Note 9 is still in my opinion one of the best phones on the market and the prices now that Note 10 is imminent makes this an excellent buy. I purchased a wapping 8gig, 512 mb, dual sim spec phone which with pie os performs extremely well & don't forget that huge OLED screen and a 4000mAh battery, and oh of course the s-pen.
