    in the advert on e-bay it shows 3 packs of 2.5 kg of damp crystals i ordered this. i received 1 pack on the parcel it says weight is 7.5kg but the bag is only big enough for 1 i sent email to company saying i was not happy paying £19.40for 1 pack they said they were sorry i was not happy and how could they help i said if they send another 2packs that would sort every thing i have not heard from them since they will be getting a bad review from me i am now trying to return but no details of how

    Very poor seller. I asked seller to provide delivery information and was told that the item was posted to me (untracked) 5 days after purchase. No details of courier company provided. 4 days later seller states item has been lost and I am getting a “goodwill gesture” of a refund. What a waste of time. I definitely would not recommend this seller.
