  I contacted the seller regarding an item I purchased but I didn’t receive, his/her first reaction was to say “it’s not possible”, so I sent him/her photos/evidence that the item wasn’t delivered. I then opened a request for a refund, but he then contacted me to say he will send me the item in a week. I said thank you and closed my request via eBay, he then sent me an email questioning me why I opened a request. I really do not have time to chase or waste time with sellers like this.
